Ashley Fox
Health Coach, BKin CEP
Ashley is a passionate Integrative Health Coach who holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in Mind Sciences from the University of Calgary. Ashley is also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) and Learning Facilitator with the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Working as a collaborative and relationship driven leader, she assists individuals, families and communities to take action towards their optimal well- being and to create healthy environments in which to live, work and play.
Ashley is committed to showing up fully in order to help others to discover what brings them joy and what motivates them to live a healthy lifestyle. By fostering a positive, compassionate process for health behavior change, Ashley believes that the individual strategies will ultimately make the steps towards our goals rich with learning and happiness.
In addition to her time at G23, Ashley works as the Program Manager for the Calgary Adapted Hub powered by Jumpstart. The Calgary Adapted Hub is on a mission to provide quality, accessible and inclusive sport and recreation experiences for children and youth living with a disability.
As a member of the Sport 4 Life Cochrane board, Ashley assists her own community in best providing active opportunities for people of all ages. In her free time Ashley can be found exploring the trails and coffee shops in and around Cochrane with her family and friends.
